Concierge Services

When your chalet accommodation is booked and confirmed you will be introduced to our concierge team, who will make sure that all aspects of your holiday is covered.

The concierge team will take you through extra services that are available to you during your stay and make notes on any special queries that you might have such as dietary requirements, ski schools, childcare, transport to and from the resort and restaurant reservations.

With you, we’ll build an itinerary for your holiday and give it to your in-resort contact before your arrival. Your contact will ensue all aspects of the itinerary are delivered and taken care of, as well as making any last-minute changes that might arise.
