COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE
For those guests that are uncertain about their travel plans or abilities when booking a holiday, we aim to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policies. Therefore effective immediately we will be moving from a No Refunds cancellation policy to provide guests with the confidence that they need in uncertain times. Please check with your Booking Agent to ensure that this policy applies when booking your chalet*.
UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICIES:
If you are impacted by travel restrictions and have a pre-existing reservation with us, we are allowing you to use your deposit as a travel credit towards a future stay within the next 18 months of your original dates, given that we are provided at least 30 days notice prior to your confirmed reservation dates.
For reservations made now through Nov 21, 2020: FLEXIBLE – For guests deemed to be affected by border closures and quarantine measures, we are allowing reservations to be cancelled at least 15 days prior to the start of the rental to receive a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee.
For new reservations arriving in Winter Season Nov 22, 2020, onward: FIRM – Bookings cancelled at least 61 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee. Reservations cancelled 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit their 35% deposit.
As always, we advise all guests to check their travel insurance options to ensure that they have adequate travel insurance to cover all cancellation costs due to coronavirus.
